(1) Evaluate whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information will have practical utility;
(2) Evaluate the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information, including the validity of the methodology and assumptions used;
(3) Enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and
(4) Minimize the burden of the collection of information on those who are to respond, including through the use of appropriate automated, electronic, mechanical, or other technological collection techniques or other forms of information technology, e.g., permitting electronic submission of responses.

I have received 485 receipts and PD field is empty. My I-140 which was already approved has the priority date specified in it.
Is there anyone who has this column filled in their 485 receipt?

Submit both the I94 at the airport. But maintain copies. Also do not forget to submit the I94 which has the stamp when you entered this country if you have not already done before.

I agree there isn't much to look at though, nice colors and sun, but no foreground interest.
Try cutting the top half off, just above the two darker long clouds, would make it much more dramatic.

Recently I renewed my Advance Parole (AP), USCIS renewed it for 9 months only. Is it possible to check with USCIS to get a 1 year AP.
Thanks!
You must have applied 120 days in advance or many days in advance before old AP expiry. USCIS issues AP from the date it was approved so you tend to lose some months. I have heard some other members include a cover letter which says AP start date should be from date of expiry of old AP. Since you already got the document, I doubt you can do much about it. You may lose 2-3 months just trying send it back and requesting it to be corrected. I guess next time when you renew keep the cover letter in mind.

Hello,
I've been working on EAD for about 4 years now as priority dates are backed up a lot. My I-140 has been approved in 2007 and still waiting on I-485 to get approved. My current employer is not my original sponsor. I changed jobs after the "180 days post I-485 receipt" policy. Now, I'm interested to accept an offer (similar job) in another state. How will this affect my I-485 if I'm changing employers for the 3rd time and this time, at another state?
Thank you very much.

:(. There is no way she can leave. You can try to expedite using various channels discussed in the forum.
In certain cases, they do expedite things; specially in cases of family emergencies excluding marriages.

March I applied H4 for my wife. It's still pending. She is travelling to India next month and will be back only Feb. Currently she is having valid AP till next yr and we are planning to use AP this time. If you are applying H4 not along with H1 then it'll take longer time, but you can get H4 stamping in India with your husbands valid H1 document. You don't need to have H4 document for your stamping. One of my friends wife similar to your situation got stamping in India without H4 document.

Thank you Rahul..
I really appreciate it.. Just one more clarification.
My employer didn't asked me anything during the interview (about CPT/OPT). Since I have to join in a week, should I inform them beforehand?
Thanks
The HR should ask you for the authorization before joining or when you do the HR paperwork. They might be assuming you're a US Citizen.
