Is more than 6 yrs of IT experience from a non-computers engg background good for applying for EB2 position? Can you comment from your experience.
I have similar situation. I am getting an already approved labor for gc processing. it needs 5yrs progressive exp and bachelor degree in engg. Now I do have nearly 5 years at the time of application and now (9 years). have same degree work for same company as the company applied and also match in experience almost 100%. Is there any risk in I140 approval.

You can start LLC or 'C' corp on EAD. No consequences. You cannot start 'S' corp on EAD. See this:

1.) Yes, but you cannot work for it without filing H1 if you are on H1 status. You can even become a partner on EAD.

3.) Depends on your state of registration. Contact Department of State in your state of residence. In Texas you have to pay $750/yr even if you are not doing any business in LLC.

Even i had two LUD on my 485. One on my fingerprints day other after two days of my fingerprints. Do some one know what that two LUD's?
I know one is for Fingerprints recived and what about other?

I have to fill up the form I-539 for the extension of H4. Because we already applied for I-485, can someone please clarify what we should mention against these questions?
Part 4:
3. Answer the following questions. If you answer "Yes" to any question, please describe the circumstances in detail and explain on a separate sheet(s) of paper.
a. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?
b. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?
c. Has a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, ever been filed by you or by any other person included in this application?
I am thinking we should say "Yes" to all these questions. But what we say on a separate sheet of paper?

Canada has been using this for skilled worker program, where individuals can apply for Canadian permanent residency independently if they fullfill the passmark. Other countries like Australia, UK and New Zealand also follow suit with different types of difficulties.

I hear a lot about Indian's getting positive PDP (TB Skin Test)result. But when I talked to many of my Indian friends, they say they got negative result. Met only one who got positive skin test result.

Do I have to pay for my green card again if the INS made a mistake on my birthday? Need to know if there are any under the table jobs in Lake Havasu City,AZ. My green card expired in 2004. I have an AZ license and a social security card. Can I work with expired card? Please help!

First of all congratulations to all those who got their approval in the last couple months. Now comes the big dilemma for some of us. Did anyone tried to switch their jobs, or at least, ditch their current employer? Did anyone switched their employer immediately after the green card approval? I am sailing in this boat. I want to switch my employer ASAP, but is hesitating to do so... as you know there are some obvious reasons later. What are other problems that you think other than getting tons of questions during the citizenship? Appreciate your answers. ;)

As of right now, retailers have no knowledge of this happening. Does not mean it's true or false, just the fact is retailers are not aware. As of the time of this posting.
